Examples of menus

My cooking is colourful, appealing and full of flavour. Fine art painter for more than 20 years, I prepare the food as a painter would in front of his canvas. A course at Alain Ducasse’s Cookery School has given me the possibility to try out new dishes for you every day. For us there isn’t a day menu or a weekly one, every night it is a surprise….so enjoy your meal.
